REFUND POLICY

At MeritPreps, we aim to provide high quality educational services that meet user expectations. While we have not historically encountered refund requests, we recognize that situations may arise where a refund is appropriate. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

MeritPreps offers a 21 day refund window from the date of initial purchase or subscription activation. During this period, users may request a refund if they are not satisfied with the service or experience. Requests submitted after the 21 day period will generally not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

To request a refund, users must contact our support team using the official contact channels provided on the platform. The request should include sufficient details such as the account information, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request to enable proper review and processing.

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Approval is not automatic and may depend on factors such as usage of the service, compliance with the Terms of Service, and the nature of the request. MeritPreps reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of platform policies.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but users should allow a reasonable period for the funds to be returned to their account.

For subscription based services, requesting a refund does not automatically cancel the subscription. Users are responsible for canceling any active subscriptions to prevent future billing. Once canceled, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

In cases where access to the platform has been significantly used during the refund period, MeritPreps may issue a partial refund or deny the request, depending on the extent of usage.

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of MeritPreps after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
